The best P4P of All time would be SRR, the greatest HW of all time is Joe Louis.
and I think when we refer to the greatest of all time in being Joe Louis that is becuase the HW title is the biggest title in all of sports it doesnt get much bigger than that which is exactly why Roy Jones Jr really shouldnt be fighting anymore, he has accomplished everything there is to accomplish in the sport.
