No mental strenth tho and discipline............ Seemed to have the self destruct mode built in with most American heavies!

I don't know if he is the best inside fighting heavyweight of all time but he was certainly the best inside fighting 6'5, 240 lb heavyweight of all time.

yeah agsainst Michael Dokes and Jesse Furgeson.......... then he lost to Holyfied the second time. But he was better than those names. Rock Newman had a big prt to play in the way he developed / ended up..... he was just on the Bowe gravy train.
