Jones gets KO'd around 7; Joe is just far too busy and very similar to Glen Johnson, Roy can't take the pressure. Tarver loses a close UD, though he could land a solid punch and take the fight. Pavlik probably has the best shot of the bunch as he's young and more willing to mix it up. He can come back from adversity and **** with the best of em.
Not sure I'd necessarily pick any of them over Joe, but I'd give Tarver a decent chance to win, Pavlik a good chance, and Roy no chance at all.
I said Roy Jones, as I think he beats the other two hands down. In picking Jones I'm kind of ignoring the fact that Jones is basically shot and giving him the benefit of the doubt. If I don't do that, then I suspect that Jones could be the easiest of all.
Stylistically, Jones should give him the most trouble but I don't know if he has the legs to fight effectively.
Tarver doesn't have the legs anymore and he was there to be pressured and beaten by Woods so I don't think he'd give Calzaghe too much trouble right now.
Pavlik's style could be tailor made for Calzaghe, a come forward guy with suspect defense could be perfect for Calzaghe. Although his relentlessness, heart and right hand could give Calzaghe trouble.

I think this kinda sums up your nut-hugging.
Question me again... I'll ****in kill ya.
Don't mess with the bull young man, you'll get the horns.
