well i said one of the hardest punchers, i cant imagine how that's not the case. i mean you take the most recent guy he fought with good power: Kermit Cintron. joshua clottey is a pretty good puncher, but he doesnt really force his shots in. other than that who else is a legit welterweight puncher that tony has fought?
