we agree and I think rjj will end up healthier for the decision cuz jc is likely to tear that ass out the frame....

Sorry the poll took forever. I'm a moron.

I'd say Pavlik. Undefeated, hasn't had to change his style due to old age, ready to be beaten by another great fighter. You know.

      I want Calzaghe to take Pavlik's 0.

        Well...
Considering Calzaghe already KO'd Pavlik in the 2nd round, I'm gonna have to go w/ RJJ.

To answer the question I would rather see Pavlik. I don't need any extra drama in there against Calzaghe, just a ****ing fight.

calzaghe vs jones would be a good money fight for joe, pavlik would be a a more dangerous fight for joe

i think joe will make his stop on jones. he's probably working out all the financial details as of now.

also frank warren will try his damnest hard to make the fight in the UK, because jones already said that he'll go there if he has to. watch frank is gonna hold him to his word

Aaagh! I can't pick who i think the best fight for Joe is any more. Initially I thought the winner of Tarver/ Dawson or preferably, both.

Then I thought Pavlik because I figured he was the young undefeated guy that would cement Joe's reputation.

Then, when loads of people on here started crowing that RJJ would beat Calzaghe, the idea of seeing the Welshman beating the 'legend' really began to appeal to me.

So now I think, **** it....any of them. They're all big fights.

I don't think Pavlik is ready yet to fight a top fighter at a higher weight yet. It would be foolish to match him against Joe this year.
