To be an effective puncher, Margarito needs two things. That being either time for his accumulative damage to take effect. Or two, a ******* of punches that overwhelms his opponents. Zab can change a fight at any moment with one shot. If anything, you could say Margarito is more relentless. Harder hitting? No.

Having a chin doesn't mean that you are supposed to be a robot and not be affected. It means you can take flush shots and when dazed can still continue to fight. Yeah you can say Williams is overrated and all that. But I would think most of you would admire his determination and strong will. Guess not.
