There is nothing good that can come from this other than fattening Kings pockets. I however cannot blame Peter for wanting to stay active. He may not be the brightest light on the tree, but at least he has the desire to be a fighting champion. Unlike so manny in the past. He deserves to be champion until Vitali KO's him within 10 rounds. Just my opinion.
Peter's hands??? The only thing he's gonna hurt is the nuts.

This is good news, props to Peter for wanting to fight.

I hope we get to see someone deserving, but a fight is better than no fight at all. Golota is more deserving than Holmes, Drummond or Chapman. Tua, McCall, Rahman would be great choices too.

Anyway, if Peter does fight in July I doubt his fight with Vitaly happens by October, specially if he goes the full 12 rds or gets cut, more likely by November, I think they might have already agreed on a future postponement too.

I would be very surprised if a Golota match happens. That would be a huge risk for Peter to take. Sam Peter will always be vulnerable to being outboxed, and Golota can do just that if he keeps calm through the fight. That would be difficult to do with Peter's tendency to hit the back of the head or do two-fisted head chops as he did against James Toney, and that kind of fouling could cause Golota to lose his cool in the ring. But if Golota keeps it together I could see him boxing his way to a decision. Assuming the judges don't mind ruining a huge money fight with Vitali.

Golota wont have a change to get inside to fight be able to hit Peter low. Althought, "hit Peter low" doesnt sound too good.

Just wait and see Golota go bonkus when Peter's first rabbit-punch connects (about 0:30 into the first).

I would love to see this fight. The myth, the legend, the greatest fouler of all time, Andrew Golota vs the greatest fouler of this century Samuel Peter.

Together it should make for some exciting moments, until Peter connects with a punch to the back of the head and wins by KO.

This definitely going to be hilarious. I say let them fight. I would love to see it. I think Golota at his best is dangerous for anyone. However, he is definitely passed his best. So I give it to Peter by KO.
