I've always wondered why boxers spit out water between rounds rather than swallow it.

So they don't get bloated, it can make them sick getting hit in the stomach if they have drunk to much fluid.

Here's a question, when is 'too old' to start boxing.

I went to a gym when i was 24 and i was branded too old, obviously i'm not gonna be a world champion but I have some natural ability.
