I just think it's ridiculous how people assume every picture they see that they can't process immediately is fake.

You could also say that his face is lighter as well. Perhaps he worked out more without his shirt for the Klitschko fight than he did for the Shaun George fight. Also losing massive amounts of weight can affect your complexion.
