If im not mistaking, UFC has already had a 1m+ ppv. I believe it was Liddell vs Ortiz.Pro Wrestling like boxing has been around since the early 1900's, it's not going anywhere. If the UFC got 1.058M buys for any one of it's shows Dana White would probably run for PRESIDENT! But if Mayweather is involved in event that pulls in 1.058 PPV's to go along with a 850K PPV and a 2.4M PPV, the 1.058 PPV event is DISAPPOINTING, how MISINFORMED the public is.Comment

U said that if it EVER got those numbers, Dana White would run for president. Well, it has gotten those numbers. UFC might never put up Oscar/Floyd numbers, but it consistantly gets pretty good ppv numbers.Comment

Naw son!!!
UFC President Dana White confirmed on “The Blitz” today that UFC 71: “Liddell vs. Jackson” garnered somwhere in the neighborhood of one million pay-per-view (PPV) buys and a live gate of $4.4 million.
This show ranks second in the history of the promotion — Liddell vs. Tito Ortiz II at UFC 66 raked in $5.1 million […]Comment

In all fairness, the whole point of hiring him was to boost PPV sales. The WWE people overvalued his star-power. Even Floyd bragged about breaking PPV wrestling records and he failed. He aint no Mike Tyson.
When Tyson came though, there was legitimate interest..he was a beast.Comment

mayweather's Wrestlemania?
Disappointing would've been much less than 1M PPV's, you aren't going to hear Vince McMahon COMPLAINING about 1.058M PPV's! Dana White, HBO, Bob Arum, and Don king would be crying TEARS of JOY if they got 1.058M PPV's! Floyd has nothing to be ASHAMED of!Comment

When Floyd does those kind've numbers on his own name, then that'll be impressive. As for Wrestlemania, it consistantly puts up 1mil+ numbers. It had nothing to do with Floyd.Comment
