The MMA-bashing by boxing fans has gotten pretty ridiculous on NSB lately. Aoki is a grappler (one of the best in the game), but his striking is pretty lacking. That position on his back where he is prodding the guy with his foot is to maintain the stalemate. If his opponent tries to jump in he's going to eat an upkick. If Aoki tries to get up without his opponent backing off, he's going to eat strikes. So yes, it is what's called skilled fighting...

Yet despite your ignorant dichotomy, their exist fans of combat sports in general . Yes, let's close the borders so people can be fans of only one sport in the future. I'm sure all boxing fans on NSB would be supportive of that.
