Why would the only shot be through Mundine? I think Mundine is actually the only one that isn't possible. He fights in May for Christ's sake. Bute could defend against him, but I doubt it. I don't think he'd take that fight. This is going to be for an interim belt of one of the Calzaghe sanctioning bodies, probably the WBC. He'll be promoted up to full champ once Calzaghe officially vacates. Why did Inkin withdraw from the Froch fight? Is he hurt? If not, that seems like the logical opponent looking at their rankings. I don't think Taylor is ready, Froch and Miranda are busy. I don't think Jean Pascal would take the fight... Allan Green? Sakio Bika? Hah.... I wonder if Chris Byrd could get down to 168. Wouldn't that be something?
