The fact that people will buy into a man being the greatest fighter ever with nothing to go on besides word of mouth is stunning. A 140 pound man wouldnt do **** to a heavyweight. I don't think Bruce is the greatest fighter ever. That's definitely a myth, but he certainly can kick anyone's ass in this board. And Bruce Lee was definitely influenced by boxing a lot. His footwork was similar to boxing, his stance was similar, and so was the way he punched. Some of you guys need to watch his movies because he incorporated a lot of boxing to his style, which is no surprise since jeet kune do was a hybrid of wing chun, western boxing, (as Bruce Lee calls it) and fencing. But at it's core jeet kune do was wing chun.
