Which southpaw employed the Jab Best ?

ah ok, I probebly got mixed up because it was a right hand from Hagler. it was odd how he was able to switch inbetween the southpaw or orthodox stances so easily, got kind of confusing sometimes.
Im almost positive that punch in the first round was from his southpaw stance though.Comment

It's between Whitaker and Wright. Whitaker could really throw his jab at odd angles and confuse his opponents with it and he won quite a few fights with his jab.
Not much has to be said about Winky's jab.
And I believe Hagler hurt Caveman Lee badly in the first round with a hard jab.Comment

hmm. I am not sure I understand the question.
Wright wins fights WITH the jab.
70s Hagler used to win fights following up with hard **** behind the jab (although his jab was hard to begin with, being that Hagler was a righty).
Pea had an accurate, fast jab, and he also used it in many ways.
Pea had the most creative use, Winky's jab is his money punch, but if you had to point someone when you are teaching how to use a jab, I would maybe pick Hagler (maybe not because he is a converted righty, so it would be weird to teach a real lefty to use it like that)Comment
