            They figure that it adds cost, but adds no revenue/appeal.

            Very few of the general boxing public cares about the undercards. only hardcore heads like us care.

              It's going to be a trend when big fights or big name fighters are on free HBO, they can't afford the added costs of airing the undercard fights.

                It's a shame. The first time I saw Gatti fight(against Patterson) was on a Hoya undercard. I'm sure they could have put on a decent undercard fight with minimal cost, oh well.
