It was an epic trilogy, and let’s leave it at that…
As a fan of Rafael Marquez I totally agree. I would have liked to see him prevail in the trilogy, but I don't even care about him evening up the series or getting the last hurrah. These guys beat the **** out of each other for 20+ rounds. I think the trilogy should be left alone. Everyone who watched those fights knows that these two are both excellent, virtually evenly matched boxers.

Well I'm actually a fan of both guys now.

I dunno about that. Vazquez has been in some very grueling boxing matches. He was getting his ass beat by Jhonny G. before coming back to stop him. He was in some tough fights with Larios and a fighter named Guerrero awhile back too. With nearly 50 fights under his belt....shiiiieeettttt...

          this is great.

imagine if rafael marquez wins this one? it would force a 5TH FIGHT!!!

this is incredible...or they could leave it as a 2 a piece draw.

either way they are taylormade for each other.

          this is great news...

            First thought: **** yeah

Second thought: jesus how much punishment can those dudes take without risking serious brain damage for themselves

Third thought: If marquez wins, can we expect a fifth fight?

Jesus ****in christ, I'm totally not looking forward to this.

Israel is just too big for Raph, not only that but Raph can't even move or pick up punches in his vision that well. Raph is all heavy offense, no defense at all. He can't move out of the way short shots, he just stays in his offense stance and hopes he doesn't catch a stinger. He barely lost the 3rd fight, he should have taken that and went back down in weight.

Israel is just milking off his name now, not only that but these two fighting isn't even a fight, it's a ****in horse race. Just whip your guy and hope one just finishes stronger.

There are no serious talks going on between Vazquez and MArquez. It's no surprised that Showtime and Marquez want to do it again....(and if it was up to them, we would be doing a fourth fight in September...but my dad turn them down) He wants Vazquez to rest.

But has there been talks of a fourth fight.... yes, I guess you can say that....but nothing serious. In a way you can even say there is also talks between Vazquez and Arce.

But it's all talk to be honest. Vazquez is NO WHERE near making a decision on who he will be fighting next.
