He beat Carlos Baldomir, who sucks. He beat De La Hoya, also not on the list. And Hatton, not on the list. Hatton fought at 147 once and Collazo sent him back to 140 with his tail between his legs. De La Hoya is at 154. Baldomir is now at 154. Hatton is at 140. Mayweather doesnt even fight welterweights. So why should he be the #1 Welterweight? He hasnt fought a welterweight since 2006. I dont deny his P4P ranking, but his 147 i do.
