i beleive mosley was interim champ before he fought cotto,he was floyd number one,but when he fought cotto he didn't want to put the interim championship.then he looked good vs cotto the number one.so he should where he is.

No he shouldn't. He had a VERY close fight with Cotto and Margarito lost to Williams and Williams lost to Quintana. Quintana got dominated by Cotto and Cotto barely beat Mosley.

Not to mention Welterweight is a division where the top 10 is ALL talented. Clottey, Collazo, Judah could all be serious threats at 154. Mosley belongs at 2.

And he beat The Ring Jr.Welterweight Champion and The Ring Welterweight champion. Also beating De La Hoya is a lot more impressive then beating Carlos Quintana or anyone down from there. The only reason why Ricky Hatton wasn't ranked in the top 10 Welterweights by the ring at the time because the ring doesn't rank the people coming up in weight for the top 10.
