The solis/Haye amateur fight was a strange one...Haye should have been awarded a Ko victory when he connect big on solis but for some reason the referee let the fight on..Solis to his credit pile up the points forcing the referee to come in and stop it.

are you kidding me? solis may have been a bit stunned but a stoppage at that point would have caused an outrage

haye made a mistake alot of young fighters do. he thought that if he hit an iron chin enough it would turn to glass. that just doesnt happen! he just blew himself out!
as loong as he learned from this he should do well.

If that was a professional fight the ref wouldn't have stepped in and Haye would've finished him. The Solis fight is getting brought up far too much on this board, it means nothing.
