^ I have to watch it and score it myself. I've still only watched it once. With one view, I thought Calzaghe edged him. I'll get back to you on my score someday...thanks.

Why do you think it is Hopkins' who has been getting ragged on about that incident, while nobody questions Joe's sexuality about it? I know I sure as **** wouldn't fake **** sex with a bent over opponet. Yet Calzaghe's fans act as if it's Bernard who's gay?
HaHA.. I hear you. I can't quite figure that one out myself.

I'm right with you, Bringer. I would never do some gay **** like that. Ever.

Go back and rewatch it, the live impression is much overrated, especially in terms of scoring punches.

You noticed? I would say that's because there has been a great misconception about this fight. In large part due to the fact that most of the people who drew their conclusions thought they saw what they had predicted ahead of time being played out in front of their eyes when the fight actually happened. Objectivity, was a problem. Perception, an issue.

Like one member here stated it was actually "crazy" and "shocking" how few punches were "actually landed" by Calzaghe upon close inspection.

Probably because it was just showboating ring antics. Doesn't mean they're gay (not that there's anything wrong with that). Plus, Hopkins' prison past is mentioned a lot. Apparently, and allegedly, he did a lot of old-fashioned, down-home rapin' back in those days. But still, that doesn't mean he's gay (although it would be prefectly fine if he was); forced butt business is just a part of that life.

And, outside of sexuality, penetration denotes power. In that sense, for all his talk of "executions" and "life and death" and what not, Hopkins ended up getting ****ed in the ass (not literally, though, if they wanted to later they could because that's prefectly acceptable and nobody's business but their own). Again, it's not really a gay thing (not that there's necessarily anything wrong with gay things).
