What in particular did you find offensive?

Yes, Bernard cannot accept defeat, IMO. He is a bad sportsman in regards to this. Spoilt kid who wants it all his own way.

The part where Hopkins' didn't bow down and say Joe Calzaghe is the greatest fighter of all time, like he was expected to do.

Just like any poll you'll see regarding Hopkins and Calzaghe, it's almost always 70/25 in favor of Calz.

The majority are siding with Joe. Hopkins and his fans are a minority. No ****ing way did he beat Taylor either. People need to give Jermain more respect for what he has achieved.

He's got a right to ***** about those losses cuz they were so close, aside from the Roy fight. And since a lot of people agree with him he'll raise hell about it for a while.

Hell even the Jones fight was kind of close, I had it 7-5 for Jones myself, others had it 8-4 in favor of Roy. But it wasn't like Bernard got his ass kicked back then either, and Jones was prime and 'Nard was still green, so that's not a bad accomplishment.

If you keep watching Boxing, maybe in about 5 or 10 years you'll understand why Hopkins won. You'll understand the sport then much better than you do now, mijo. Boxing is not about appearances, it is about sciences. That is why they call it the 'sweet science.'
This holds no weight at all, Addison. I have been following boxing for 31 years and my opinion is... Calzaghe won, and fairly clearly, too.

The length of time you have been interested in boxing is slightly irrelevant. What matters is having a pair of eyes and more than a just couple of braincells.

This is no argument, but I challenge you to watch the fight with the sound muted. That way you will not hear the bias HBO crew go ape**** anytime Joe swings 5 punches (and lands 2) and you won't have to hear the crowd erupt anytime Calzaghe so much as throws a jab.

If you do this, the fight becomes much more closer everytime you watch it.

That's how I came to the conclusion Hopkins won. When I first saw the fight with the volume up I had Joe winning by a point, but when there's no sound all of your attention goes directly into the two fighters and it becomes a much closer affair.
