Well ther is only one divison at heavyweight, there is no going up and Peter is not yet The Man of the divison. He is clearly talking down to Briggs the way Floyd talks down to everybody below him.

I don't think Briggs/Peter would be that bad a fight, though Briggs has slowed down in his workrate considerably since he went up to 270 lbs.
