Cotto had problems fighting at 140. How would Cotto make 135 let alone 130. So Ofcourse Cotto would have alot of Ls if he went threw Mayweather's resume. You Cotto fans are falling into they're trap. NO way Cotto makes it out undefeated if he had to fight all the guys Mayweather fought before he was 24/25, Cotto was extremely guarded/maneuvered into most of his fights very carefully by Bob Arum...Whereas Arum didnt do that with Mayweather because Mayweather doesnt need to be protected, He was just too good which makes Arum put him in fights that most promoters wouldnt have done in any fighters early career.

How do you solidify a good legacy by retiring when the greatest fighters are there and the people are craving these match ups. the truth is nobody can answer that question but floyd and here we are defending and at each others necks when the reality is he probably ducked cotto cause he knew he was the only one with a chance agianst him . and you'll say tell that to margarito , and i'll say at least he didnt duck him. I rather see a fighter go out like cotto than to punk out like mayweather.
