What does frame have to do with anything? If thats the case, diego Corrales accomplishemnt at 130 and 135 should be dismissed. Osacr and Floyd both started at 130, dont matter if if your a midget or bigfoot, both started at that weight.
I really do not believe taht Floyd would be eager to fight Tito,Whitaker,Quartey or Chavez.

Frame matters when one guys walk around weight is barely 154lbs and the other guys has to lose 20lbs just to get to 154. When one guys punching power stayed at 140 and didn't carry over to 147 and 154 while the other guys (Oscar) can still knock guys out at 154.

All you need to do is look up his record. Maybe his opponents aren't impressive looking now 6 years later but back then the victories over top contenders in his weight class were good enough to warrent a Top 10 spot among the best in the world P4P just the same as Israel vasquez and Rafael Marquez today.

He gave Oscar a beating? If anything , compare faces after the fight,Floyd had a lump on his eye. On to serious matters, Floyd was the **** at 130, no doubt. At 135 he took on Castillo and split the two fights, after that wasted his time on Sosa and Ndou. At 140 he did not fight the top fighters at 140, that is a huge strecth. At 147, well, not Oscar level WW cimpetition, but will give him the benefit of the doubt, for a little bit.
