Oscar would have a good chance at beating Cotto.

      WOW.

      Anyway:

A prime Castillo probably beats a 24 year old 135lb super green version Cotto.
If Corrales had a chin, he would probably beat a 23 year old Cotto as well.
Genero Hernandez out boxes a 21 year old Cotto, easily.
coming from a guy who says that today's boxers are better athletes than in the sugar ray robinson era. and that every good welterweight could beat sugar ray robinson.

you the last guy on boxing scene from whom i need an opinion. stop coming into my threads to spam

        Triangle theory?

Besides, did you really have Mosley winning the rematch?

it was a close fight, and being that your a no name comming to Vegas you need to make it clear against a well proven star like De La Hoya. Eric Brown trainer of Kingsley Ikeke who fought on the undercard that night in Vegas said, that fight was there for Sturm to win, However Sturm made the mistake in thinking alls he needed to do was defend the title Sturm didnt start to press Oscar until the later rounds of the fight.
I tend to agree, it was close Sturm could have won the fight, but he allowed De La Hoya to get off early and steal those early rounds. but like I said if the fight was that close with Oscar out of shape whats that tell you about Sturm?

If ODL fought like he did against Floyd, he would defintely beat Cotto. Still, Mayweather-Cotto is the best possible fight to be made in the sport.

it does work that way, Cotto stopped all three common opponents that Floyd went the distance with.

Damn, Cotto is quickly becoming the next Jeff Lacy on this site...after Floyd whoops him, there'll be chants of overrated raining down from everyone on this site, I can just see it.

Oh, and the Shane Mosley that fought Cotto beats Floyd? Common man, can we at least keep it civil?
