I am not familiar with a case where a boxer died following a first round KO. Then again a hard punching 200lb+ guy has never fought a welterweight before...

I generally want to know if a powerful heavyweight connects clean on a big welterweight can he literally kill him or does that welterweight just get hurt badly and probably survives?

i cant find any guy bigger than me down the road or where i live atleast im 6'7 and 270 pounds and have been boxing for 2 years.

never had a real pro boxing fight but i have had much tougher street fights where weapons were also used, live in harlem.

However, the size of someone really wouldn't determine how much padding their head has, or how tought their skull bone structure is, so...
