You got that right, we can only speculate and only time will tell, thats the very reason I am eagerly waiting for Pac-JMM II to happen....

And when that fight comes I am willing to bet all my moolah (points, not to much though) on Pac....

The debate over PacMan's skills package is a great one. Myself, I jumped on the PacWagon early on, thinking that this guy had the stuff.

A few minutes ago, I finished reviewing the Pac-Barrera and Pac-Marquez tapes and found myself less impressed, again. Pac's power is not questionable, nor his speed. His troubles realte to the overall lack of skill at "adjusting" to his opponent. Each time I view the Marquez tape, I am more convinced that Morales will smoke 'em.

I don't see him doing anything different with Morales than he did with Marquez, so The End for Pac will not be pretty. Meaning, he'll get into a very predictable pattern of head movements and lunging punches, that Morales will see .... in slow motion.

As much as Manny was a breath of fresh air, the wind is gonna' change direction with Morales. Pac will be reduced to the "contender" role that is probably best for predictable, unchangeable, and limited style.

but what I don't understand, is how you can think that the featherweight division is a joke, my only guess is you don't know anything about boxing....
I second that guess . In Jin Chi, JMM, Harrison, Barrera are Jokes?

Munn I think you jump in and out of the bandwagon on a per fight basis so I am not loosing hope on you to join the bandwagon again after Pac's next fight...

For now predictable 1-2s and limited style but in no way unchangeable, so be ready to be surprised next time Manny fights either JMM or EM...

I guess I was right, no way the feather weight division is a joke with guys such as JMM, Barrera, InJin, Harrison & Pac at the fore front, only big blow for the feathers was EM moving to SF, but the feathers is still deep in talent plus the best Bantams are going up in weight to add more depth like Larios & Nedal Hussein, not to mention Guzman....

jomapac .... Not really a bandwagon jumper, just less impressed with each viewing of those fights. Especially Marquez, who started to counter very effectively through all mid-late rounds, while Pac was still lunging toward Marquez, not knowing what else to try. Once Marquez started that head movement, Pac was stymied.

I'm very interested (not sarcastically, really) what you think Pac might bring to the Ring in his pending bout, which might be different from the style that has worked very well for him in most of his fights leading up to Marquez? I'm sure veryone agrees, including Roach, that Pac must do something different.

I'm still trying to figure out how you can look at the MAB fight and get less and less impress. I mean how??

I'm with mooks here and would also like to ask how you can get less impress by watching the MAB fight again....

Answering your question, Manny has improve immensely from 4 years back to present, before he was a human washing machine and just throws bunches of body punches on circular motion leaving a wide opening in the middle for counter, but recent fights show he don't do this anymore definetly on instruction from Roach, one thing good about Pac is he is still young and willing to learn and he respect and listen to Fredie, I'm sure Roach will have a game plan for Manny, and I would agree with you that Pac has to come up with something different more side to side movement will do wonders, and like what I told you earlier be ready to be surprisedand I am willing to bet on it.....
