Manny Pacquiao - the Next Superstar?

abdiel2k3 good and unbiased opinion, for me as an avid Pac Fan, I am hoping for him to be dominant, and for us Filipinos he was already a superstar 4 years back, but I also think he needs at least one more big fight to cement his worldwide superstar status....

What's going on is just a temporary delay or set back . . . . sooner or later Morales, JMM and MAB will run out of space and excuses not to settle the score with Manny. Only then can people judge Manny if he is for real.

I just wanted all these fights to happen.

I don't know Pacman is pretty one dimensional. Like I've said before he is smaller, Corrie Sanders who is in better shape. It would appear that JMM figured him out after the first round. Whether the other two can or have is still to be decided though.

Your kidding right? Paquaio a superstar or the next big thing is a freakin' joke. The whole 126lbs. division is a joke, but competitive and it always will be when you are seeing the "best of the worse" it gives you an illusion that it's great fighters going up against great fighters. I never thought highly of Pacquaio not then and not now. I have seen Pacquaio fight several times before he even came to America and not much has changed although two things that really jump out about Pacquaio is his relentlesness, stamina and that left hand, but believe me when he loses again don't be surprise on how bad a beating he'll get or how quick the k.o. will be and it may not even be against JMM, MAB, or El Terrible.

Apparently you missed the part about an inshape Sanders. The guy KD's JMM 3 times in a one round a fails to win the fight. JMM is going to easily beat Pacman in the second fight. He is one dimensional. Get over him.

Inshape or not Sanders couldn't move like Pac if his life depended on it. Maybe if you promise him a donut he'll flinch. The guy outboxed Pac rounds (3-12 or so people say) and still couldn't win.
