Hopkins clearly lost, but robin reid didn't.... Hmmm, nutt huggers voted for hopkins. Calzaghe beats Hopkins in Hopkins own country and its still controversial? What are you making this into a white vs black thing? Calzaghe clearly won and Hopkins was still cheating to try and get an upset

Hopkins was landing the hard punches while Joe landed nothing but ineffective girl slaps. That's why there's controversy. This isn't the amateurs. Your supposed to do damage in professional boxing. Not slap like a fairy boy.

True, your also supposed to come forward at some point and not hold and headbutt but.....

In response to the question, Calzaghe's most controversial decision was against Robin Reid, that fight was close and could have gone either way.
The Hopkins fight was poor but Calzaghe clearly won.

I didn't see the Reid fight - I did think Calzaghe won convincingly vs. Hopkins. I still don't like the Byron Mitchell stoppage though...

I thought Calzaghe lost the Reid fight when I watched it the other day.

But if your giving B-Hop that fight.......your wanting to give it to him.

He stuck to Calzaghe like chewing gum, fought the entire fight on the back foot and refused to engage despite landing the heavier shots. I can't see how he won that fight. Reid landed a **** load more right hands than Hopkins and with far more mustard on them.
