Cuz floyd has money cotto is still trying to get gis first real big money fight. And gauranteed if mayweather said he was willing to fight, He would jump on that too, he jumped on marg right away, Cotto doesn't give a **** who it is he just wants to keep whoopin peoples ass no matter who it is. Has Cotto ever turned down a fight that u know of? Has mayweather turned down a fight, HELL YES he has.That's the difference and that's why people talk **** about floyd.

The only reason i had a problem with floyd fighting oscar was that he should fight cotto instead/first. Although the fight WAS close.. i just had a problem with it being completely fine for cotto to do it, and not for floyd... even though i myself dont particularly want the oscar fight...

Do you realize why Floyd is getting hate though?

Is it really that hard for you to get that the reason people are mad at this fight is because we've been there and done that.

Last time I checked Cotto hasnt already beaten Oscar, and doesnt have a prime undefeated Welterweight calling him out.

That's the beef, Reed. That right there.

Not to mention Floyd is regarded as the top fighter in this sport, something like 10-12 years into his career. Cotto has 7 years under his belt. Big difference in time and in standing.
