well first of all he could beat him right now all it takes is one punch, especially from a guy like CINTRON. But the odds would obviously be against him right now, and heavily.

HOwever, if he put 1 very hard year in an MMA gym, with the wresting experience he already has, and then builds himself up over the coarse of maybe 2-3 years to Sherks level, itd be easy win for a guy with Cintrons already exceptional standup skills

He has the power and he has the wrestling. He is a very athlectic guy and if kimbo can do it, I don't see why he can't. Plus kermit with 4oz gloves would be scary for any fighter facing him.

Second off, there is no way Kermit can be at Sherk's level of wrestling. Sherk is not only a born wrestler, he's pretty much Elite in his weight division. Kermit would have to go through a complete lifestyle change in order to edge Sherk's level.

If Cintron is serious, he'll need to work an intense year and a half in a good school. Not only will he need to drop old habits and reawaken his wrestling ability, but he'll also need to develop a basic but sound submission defense.

His best bet is to petition STRIKEFORCE or Cage Rage for at least an undercard position. Not only would he get his mug on the posters and paid well, he'll be able to test and grow himself in the process.

it would allow him to sprawl similar to chuck, therefor he wouldnt be on the ground. If he could defend the takedown, which he should with his wrestling background and a little more training, he wouldnt have to worry about submissions. Plus one punch from Cintron in 4oz gloves knocks out probably even the 200lbers in the UFC, so hed always have a punchers chance against anybody
