Apparently you get allot of respect here by beating a one-dimensional blown up Welterweight named Tito. Maybe Calzaghe should fight him...Comment

Why even Warren would say perhaps if not in Las Vegas is odd, and kinda goes against some peoples claims to some extent. There is a logic, he would have gone along with a RJJ or Hopkins fight years ago, he's no angel but people seem to exaggerate his bad points.
Joe holds the keys now, you can't get the names eating out of your hands more, when in the post Hopkins fight press conference, RJJ asks the first question, gives Joes mutual respect, and asks for a fight anywhere. Christ, he messed Joe around years ago, more fool him, Frank if he's playing by Joes guidelines now, then make him ****ing travel. When Joe was willing to fight anywhere RJJ wouldn't, now all of a sudden he is, let him travel to Wales.
Hatton has a hometown home coming for the fans, Joe Calzaghe deserves, and his fans, the same. Especially for his last fight, it's mostly at least, not his fault RJJ has only been willing to now. For me the Welsh fans come first, esp when the yank fighter is willing to travel.
He's beaten one legend in there back yard, lets reel the next one into his backyard, fairs fair. And 2 fights Roy, don't think so mate.Last edited by Kris Silver; 04-22-2008, 06:57 AM.Comment

If Jones/Calzaghe comes off it will be at the Millenium Stadium or at Wembley, really can't see it being in Vegas! Warren will want it at a bigger venue (70-80000seater) and delay the start to suit HBO. hopefully there would be a good undercard because the main event will be pretty one sided IMO!Comment

Promoter Frank Warren told The Telegraph that if Roy Jones Jr. wants a crack at Joe Calzaghe, he has agree to all of their terms to make the fight happen. Warren says that Calzaghe chased fights with Jones and Bernard Hopkins for years and neither boxer seemed to care. [details]Comment
