Funny that he won then, isn't it. Hopkins lost to a white kid who fights like a girl? How embarrassing.

I thought he said he would "beat Joe easily".

        Sorry, my mistake.

But he won....against Hopkins. Something doesn't make sense. It seems that what we see as peculiar is apparently very effective. It's called ambidextrous hand speed. Anybody ever seen another ambidextrous fighter? I haven't. Truly the key.

I'd say Hopkins being a senior citizen of the sport had more to do with it.

Two judges gave it to him with the other giving it to Hopkins. It wasn't that decisive. It could have easly gone in B-Hop's favor and we would be having a whole other conversation right now.

If anybody was impressed with what Joe managed to do last saturday then I guess they were also impressed with the countless John Ruiz victories over the years.

With that said, it was a win but lets not start sucking Joe off and make him out to be some unstoppable force.

I saw it 9 rounds to 3, as Harold Lederman did. IMO is was a decisive victory and the American judge was just doing her thing. But a win is a win. The bottom line is that Hopkins could not deal with Calzaghe and Calzaghe found a way to get to Hopkins for the first time in Bernard's career.

RJJ looked better in beating Hopkins. Even Taylor, as off balance and he could be looked better the Joe did.

9-3? I don't think so. That's just you agreeing with whoever has the best score trying to support your arguement.

No..that was my score of the fight. RJJ looked better beating Hopkins? Hmm. Calzaghe scored more blows against Hopkins than any previous fighter.
I'm afraid your argument there has been debunked.
