I got to check him out now. The obvious Cuban dude that was legit is El Cepillo Casamayor. The forgotten guy is diobelys hurtado, he had skills but his chin let him down in his biggest fights. He had both tszyu and whitaker down , not too many can lay claim to that.

Other Cubanos that i can think of taht were world class would be Kid GAvilan, Mantequilla Napoles , Nino Valdes

Usa more than 200 millions and mexico more than 100 millions vs only 4 million of PR.
