I'd say Guzman or Judah/Mayweather although I do agree with most that Zab is a bit faster than Floyd. If you really mean P4P then I'd say Judah or Mayweather. IMO Guzman is the fastest of all of those guys on the list.

I saw a workout video of Guzman and that Mofo is fast as hell! I think he's faster than anyone on that list.

yea peopl wanna say judahs wasnt called so it dont count...well any boxing fan knows if a gloves touches tha canvas, its a knockdown. kinda like wen gomez wasnt even touched against cotto tha first knockdown, gomez tripped over his feet an cotto still scored tha knockdown simply cuz his glove touched tha canvas
