Thanks for the fights B-Hop, you truly are a throwback fighter which is why some of the new, young idiots who don't understand boxing can't appreciate you.

B-HOP ONE OF THE GREAT MW BOXERS OF ALL TIME (TOP 3 or so)

I hope it's true, but it's hard to believe someone who lied about retiring before.

He said he has no interest in a Tito fight because he can't do things in the ring he normally would due to his age and everything and that he doesn't want to embarass himself. Money talks though, although it sounds like he definitely made up his mind compared to the last time he "retired"

Its not that surprising because he's 43 and just came off a close loss. He was a great boxer but his conditioning will catch up with him

I thought he might be fighting Trinidad again? Man this is confusing. I do think he could defeat Tito again, and it'd be a decent payday, but if he really is retiring then he made the right move.

I hope he does retire and doesn't fight tito. I mean, he already had the perfect fight against Tito.

Even with an "L" as his last fight he should get a lot of credit. Not too many 43 year olds can do what he did and dropped an undefeated fighter and kept it close the entire fight.

                  He had a fantastic career

It's hard to see that happening. When your in your later 30's and you retire, you can make a comeback even a 41 or 42 which would be pushing it. But when your 43, its harder because its harder for your body to do the things you did when you were younger. Then again age is just a number, but conditioning is a factor

GSP will school Fitch. I hope he fights BJ after BJ mops the floor with Sherk though, Anderson Silva would destroy GSP so he should fight BJ instead. Look out for Koscheck too he's improving big time.

As far as Hopkins goes, he knows he can't coast his way to victory anymore, and it must be frustating to know if you had a full tank of gas you would destroy somebody like Calzaghe, yet he's resting up during the fight and fighting at a measured pace.
