A P4P King would show up and beat up everyone else, if everyone

Floyd rules, skillwise, but his lack of heart ---ducking Cotto et. al.
definitely factors into the computation. If he wouldn't show up for
a hypothetical P4P bout vs., say, Cotto, then he'd lose to Cotto by
default.
Like, there's no imaginary P4P catchweight vs. Cotto, is there?
