Who ever says that Hopkins aint land enough of clean punches, please tell me how Calzaghe landed more?

Those were all misses. Saying he didn't do enough is ****** cause in my book Hopkins did more. Boxing is not about throwing and missing, but by the way scoring goes now, you throw more and miss and you still win.

Hopkins fought as negatively as possible.

He is too reluctant to actually fight. You can't win by running and ducking for 90% of every round.

It would be perfectly reasonable to give Joe every round after the first, but 9-3 is probably fair. That's what both Giamba and Lederman had and I can live with that

He didn't win convincingly, but he won because he was more agressive.

Even if those shots are only taps to the head they are still punches and punching is the name of the game. They landed cleanly and weren't blocked.

You can't even say they weren't hurtin hokins or he wouldn't have taken his five minutes ************ break.

Neither fighter was in danger of knocking the other out so i think it comes down to shots landed at the end of the day. Joe landed more than any other opponent of hopkins, so although it wasn't pretty i think he deserved the win.

A missed punch is better than moving away from your opponent.

Hopkins got outworked. Looks like after he got the round one KO he never bothered fighting. He threw few big punches hoping to connect and drop Calzaghe. It didn't work. Calzaghe stayed more aggresive and threw much more punches that had less power, basically slapping type punches and won on points.

That's not true because he landed plenty of clean and effective punches.

Hopkins landed the harder punches, yes, but, again, not enough of them.

Adelaide Byrd shouldn't referee another pro fight as long as she lives.
I had Hopkins winning the second, and the 10th rounds as well.

Yeah, I'm sure Hopkins was robbed in America... Is it an conspiracy? Did he lose because of his ridiculous racist comments?

You can make a case for both fighters. I was leaning towards B-Hop.

I actually had two different cards for the fight. The reason had two different card is because I did not want to give Calzaghe too much credit his weak punches. Calgazhe did win the fight on both of my cards but their was differnce in the scores. On the card which I scored Calzaghe as boxer who could actually throw a punch, I scored the fight 117-110 while my official card was 115-112.
