    Pavlik for me
    For Joe's recognition - Pavlik.

    Personally - Roy Jones Jnr.

Had Jones not lost, just imagine the scale this fight would be now, biggest fight ever.

i would rather see jones and calzaghe. reason being is that joe is already at light heavyweight and why should he go down to face pavlik for his supermiddleweight title. hes done all that needs to be done so i feel he should focus on the light heavyweight division. also given the fact he would be fighting roy jones, another legend, would attract more fans than if he fought pavlik

I think against Pavlik would be much more difficult for Joe than against Roj

You mean had Jones been in his prime right. I'd like to see the Pavlik fight at SMW

I'd actually like to see both, with Calzaghe-Pavlik at 168 and Calzaghe-Jones at 175. I think the weight would be better for Pavlik to move around at instead of having insufficient time to acclimate to 175. Roy Jones also has a chance because of Calzaghe's lack of power.

yeah roy is not the fighter he used to be but a win over him would add another big name, future hall of famer to his record.

So this is the only reason, because of his name? Not taking into account that he's more ancient than Hopkins?

I honestly don't think J.C can gain too much for his legacy by fighting a Jones Jr pensioner. Sure it will sell 80K tickets but i'd rather see him in there with someone young and hungry
