Im not a Calzaghe or Hopkins fan, but god damn, i have a pair of eyes, and can clearly see Calzaghe killed him last night.

Ive read so many posts saying what Hopkins is saying, how Hopkins won the fight, and fought better, took him to school, etc.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!

Hopkins won the first 3 rounds MAXIMUM, Calzaghe wooped him the other 9.

Do you guys genuinely think Hopkins should of won! Do u have vision problems?

Calzaghe was constantly on the attack, approaching all the time. Hopkins spent 99% of the time grapping him, on on the ropes blocking. All hopkins done was counter, there was no attack from Hopkins.

Calzaghe was the clear winner! it should of been unanimous.
Only reason it wasnt was because it was in the States.

Also as mentioned already, the ref was a joke. Letting Hopkins grapple constantly, skip back to the Hatton fight, they were seperated within a second of Hatton grabbing him.

LOL, and Calzaghe still came out victorious.

Just accept it B-Hop fans, i dont see him coming back after that ass whooping.

Pretty much the same. I gave him 1,2 and 3 and i had one round even. The rest were all Calzaghe.

I agree with this post 100% I had the same score and Hops is a whiney ***** to think he won that fight. He should give Calzaghe credit because nobody has ever brought the fight to Hopkins and never backed down the Calzaghe did last night. Hops did well for a 43 year old, no question but he lost the fight clearly.

Nard could've done way better considering the magnitude of the fight.

It was unusual of Nard to let the fight go the way it did after having knocked Joe down. Very unusual, for me at least.

And I could not understand what Bhop means when he kept saying: "the fans are the better judge, they know who really won the fight" when the fans kept booooooing him every time he raises his hands and applauding JoeC everythime he raises his hands. It appears to me that the fans are in agreement with two of the judges.

I watched the fight myself and it is a clear win for JoeC. It should have been unanimous but ......

I agree, and thats one of the biggest problems with the sport in my opinion, is how a person can throw 50 patty cake punches and outscore a person who lands cleaner harder shots in a lower count.

Now im not saying Hopkins did enough to win the entire fight but i do feel it was way more closely contested as the judges and people are making it out to be.
