Do they take photos of each fighter after the fight and rate how much damage/cuts they have? the one with the most cuts loses regardless of the fight?

No im a boxing fan, but didnt realise it was discussed on the net.

Having watched almost every fight with Hopkins since 95, all i can say is that Joe beat a Hopkins fighting at half speed with little left in his tank.

If Bernard can make Joe fight his fight at 43, what would Bernard have done at say 36 ???

You have to be a idiot to think Hopkins wasnt faster and had better stamina
5-6 years ago, and even better 10 years ago.

Hopkins would have stopped Joe in his prime, the fight would have looked a little like last night, but with some difference. First Hopkins was a bit faster then he fought at a much higer pace. Hopkins would have have throwed more combinations and landed much more. And in the latter rounds Hopkins would turn up the heat even more.

Then some people really think Joe beat a prime Bernard at 43, is beyond anything.

I wrote some times ago, that my heart said Hopkins but my brain said Joe would win. Sometimes its easy to go by memory of what a fighter has done, and not what he is.

If you dont think that, you dont have to go longer then to Tyson. Even today if he made a comeback, some people still would think because he HAD power and what he DID he would still become champion.

The loss in my opinion doesnt hurt Hopkins one bit.

Theres no point of talking about what WOULD of happened 10 years ago, thats not what we are discussing, we are talking about the fight last night, age is irrelevent.

Some people like to think that Hopkins was in his prime for yeasterdays fight and that his ring generalship that he had showed in his last fights made up for what he had lost.

I say the only reason Hopkins has chanced his fighting style and now wins only with ring generalship is becasuse he has to. When he was younger he won with his skills and didnt need to show what great ring generalship he had.

Whats is it that say that Hopkins wouldnt have fought Joe in same manner when he was younger but with more stamina and speed ??
