Am I the only one that thought Bhop calzaghe was close

Ok I think i am the only one that thought it was close. I wasn't keeping score but i thought the fight was close Calzaghe was throwing more punches and some landed but Bhop landed cleaner punches but not enough of them to win the fight, I don't mind Joe winning but i didn't see it as clear cut as some on here. Before people slag me of saying i am not hating on Joe i though he did well and so did Bhop.

Not the only one. I think 7 rounds to 5 for Calzaghe is a pretty reasonable score, and with the knockdown in Hopkins favour that makes it very close (114-113)

You're very predictable, Duffgun. It's good you're not a boxing judge, or Joe, Wlad, Pavlik etc. would lose every decision.

Calzaghe won clearly, 115-112 on my card.

No despite what others think. It was a close fight. I didn't take score though. But I imagine a lot of rounds being very difficult to score. But this is the case for any fight. Joe won and everyone should move on. He'll probably fight Jones and win the same and retire undefeated.

I'd rather have him fight Pavlik or Dawson one of the yonger guys. Instead of fighting another old fighter. But he got the win so cong**** Joe.

            116-111.

but should have been 116-110 with the knockdown in the 11th.

That is exactly how I scored the fight. Very close, not a robbery at all. I could also see 115-112 for Calzaghe. But I think that Calzaghe CLEARLY won. I dont see how one could've stretched out a win for Hopkins.

Neither fighter looked good. Calzaghe looked like he had NO power at all, and Hopkins really couldnt do a whole lot.
