If Joe's 37 year old legs hold up, he can win. If they start acting 37 years old, Pavlik will catch him and stop him. I was not overly impressed with Joe Saturday and he appears to be slowing down. I think he should avoid Pavlik.

Pavlik has his doubters and many say he is only the Jab and Straight right. I say watch his other fights including the Miranda fight, he can be a brutal and vicious infighter also. It is his legs that make him look sloppy. He has ****ty footwork. But if he doesn't have to chase Joe and Joe wants to play on the ropes, well Joe will get beaten up. Pavlik is not Lacy in any way shape of form. Joe would have to become the pure boxer to beat Pavlik and be very mobile as he will not earn Pavlik's respect with his punch power.

Pavlik is probably boxing's best finisher. If he hurts you and takes your legs away, your night is gonna be over quickly.

Obviously you havent seen many since he did the exact same thing to a tough chinned Tarver, who just had better balance to catch himself.

He looked **** against Hopkins cause he was fighting Hopkins!

This fight would not be lik ethe Lacy fight at all, if anything ti would be like the Kessler fight. Joe may be 36, but hes a 'young 36' he doesnt sem his age.

Hopkins makes guys look bad by making them miss, and forcing them into an awkward chess match.

What Hopkins does not do is slow down a fighters speed or their reflexes. Joe is slowing down. It happens to all fighters. It happened to RJJ just a few years ago.

Both guys looked bad Saturday night. Both of them are showing their age. If you step back and take a real look at both of them, you can see it.
