We see what a coward Hopkins becomes when he's in with a guy his own size.

He ran. He hid. He acted. He fought a cowardly fight.

He knew he lost. Hence the acting.

Hopkins simply has never been as good as Joe, doesn't have the talent or the balls

    Agreed.

The only guy from Middleweight to Light Heavyweight in the past 10 years who could beat Joe imo is a Prime Roy Jones Jr.

exactly. Joe could have given him a fight, but I think Roy edges him more likely than not

kayjay makes thread number 487 of hatred of hopkins. 43 year old man knocked joe down and fought a close fight and this is the response he gets from you?? lol

OLDSCHOOL Hop would have KO'd Calzaghe, IMO. I mean, if 43 year old hopkins who supposedly has no power left knocked cazlone down in round round, oldschool hop, trinidad version or even glen johnson version would have KO'd calzaghe within 5 rounds, easy.

Oh yeah, Joe was an easier fight than Trinidad.

Not what I said at ALL. But nice spin.

IN 2001, IMO, the hopkins that fought trinidad would have Ko'd calzaghe, that's fasho

You're delusional. Trinidad was a ****ing welterweight. Tito even p4p is not as good as Calzaghe.

But you need to take weight classes seriously. Beating guys from lower weight classes is worse than beating journeymen in your own class

Calzaghe isn't in his prime anymore either and Hopkins actually came forward at least a bit in his prime. I think it's easy to call, Calzaghe UD.
