Calzaghe was playing it safe his own way. As it has always been said; his defense is his offense. There's a reason Calzaghe's flurries were so incredibly ugly and questionably effective. He stayed completely out of range because he could not handle Hopkins head up. No dipsey doodle, pop, move, and get out this time.. You should know as a fan. That was fugly.Comment

I'm a Hopkins fan, but my card had Joe ahead.. i dont really see an argument about him winning. It seemed that he had control over most of the fight, and yeah.. Bernard's injuries did kinda look like an act of desperation. I was hoping Bernard came out with a stronger will to win.. I knew he was capable of fighting a better fight. Joe's win doesnt really change the way i thought about him before though.. I dont see anything too special about the guyComment
