Following his split-decision loss to Joe Calzaghe in Las Vegas, Bernard Hopkins told the media that promoter Don King contacted Richard Schaefer, CEO of Golden Boy Promotions, about putting together a rematch between Hopkins and Felix "Tito" Trinidad. I wouldnt mind seeing Trinidad getting beat again and the winner (B-Hop) getting Jones-Calzaghe winner. Trinidad is sad, robbing his fans and his legacy because he wants to continue to fight for money and nothing else. Trinindad could be a player at 160 but instead just wants big fights that he has no chance in so he pursues big names at catch weights.Comment

I would love to see Trinidad boil back down to 154, if he can manage it (and I don't see why not, most of the 170 pounds he was carrying against Roy looked like fat to me). He could really make some noise in that division.
Even 160 would be good. But a rematch with Hopkins? Jermain Taylor at 168? Come on, Tito...

Yeah, but better news than Hopkins. I mean, we've already seen Tito get his ass kicked by gramps; at least the Pavlik beating would be new...

For some reason, I imagined the guy in your avatar saying this. Then I laughed. I'm still laughing a bit, actually. LMAO. Ass right Off.Comment

Then Sugar Ray Leonard could make yet another comeback and face the winner. Seriously, old man tournaments=bad.
In 6 months time all 4 of those guys should have retired for good.Comment
