Compubox stats may not win rounds, but neither does backpeddling and throwing a right hand once every 30 seconds and rushing forward like an idiot with your head. In fact, I'd go for the Compubox score over that any day of the week. Hopkins was pathetic, although, great performance during the amateur dramatics after the supposed low blow (where, once again, he pulled Calzaghe's head down).

The knockdown was a push also. Had bernard not rushed into Joe head first, I'm pretty sure Joe would have stayed up because it was damn clear he wasn't even hurt. Straight off the canvas with no harm done.

Whether Compubox is 100% accurate or not makes no difference. Nobody who expects to be taken seriously would even dream of claiming that Hopkins landed more punches.
