Calzaghe's record should be 43-2

I am a Calzaghe fan for sure, but I have more important things to occupy my brain than maintaining up to date and accurate round by round scorecards for fights of his that happened years ago, since last time I checked I don't suffer from Asperger's syndrome. Sorry.

Castillo was the ring lightweight champ and has wins over Casamayor, Corrales, Johnston, Lazcano. Reid didn't even win a paper belt yet calzaghe struggled with him. whats really ridiculous is people are commenting on this fight without even watching it, they dont post their scorecard because they havent seen the fight
What kind of drugs are you on? Last time I checked, Robin Reid won the WBC SMW belt back in 96 and defended it successfully 3 times, he lost a close decision to Calzaghe in 99 and then was robbed in his next attempt vs Sven Ottke in 03.

One thing I can pluck from the top of my head about that fight however is that even Reid admitted in the post fight interview that he didn't think he won it.

People have told you this before I know, but apparently it didn't sink in. When your only argument is that your own scoring is more accurate than everybody elses, you're on some pretty shaky ground.

So do you judge a fight by what a fighter thinks? this really shows your ability to judge/score boxing fights...hey just ask the fighter if he won or not regardless of winning and getting robbed.

I'll take the opinion of Reid, Calzaghe, the judges, the commentators and myself over yours any day.

If the loser tells you that he thought he lost then it's a fair bet he lost.

Truth is people aren't sold to Calzaghe. Fighting a 43 year old in Hopkins and almost losing the fight landing on the canvas once does not help. Calzaghe is as much hype as Zab Judah once was, that's my honest non biased opinion. If you like him you can give him credit for Lacy and some other dude, but be honest do you even know 90% of his opponents? Not a good defense, dubious chin, no power, yet fast hands and decent offense. Sum it up and you have little. The only thing i think Calzaghe can and will most likely hurt is boxing.
