  • Looks Like AMIR KHAN will be Fighting PACMAN after Diaz! he is on the undercard.

I saw the undercard for pac vs david diaz and Amir Khan will be the co main event against tba.

and they have vanes matroisyan and tye fields vs monte barret so far.

is this is a good move for khan or is it a bad move by the promoter?

I can't believe this if it happens.

Even Freddy Roach mentioned it as a possibility.

I guess they see the marketability of british fighters.

I'm curious to see how many fans would fly over to watch Khan. He is the most famous boxer over here for sure, but in terms of actual fight fans who will travel. I doubt he has a quarter of Joe Calzaghe's following not even mentioning Ricky.

I think that's a bit soon for Khan. I think Pac will beat him.

I think this is Frank Warren at his opportunistic best.

            He is one slippery bastard.

i think is too soon for khan vs pacquiao, i would rather see

              hatton
guzman or casamayor vs pacquiao instead

I wouldn't pick against Khan if it happened.

                Just the fact

                (a) Frank Warren actually put the darling of British boxing in with an assassin like Pac. Why?

                (B) Khan would look two weight classes bigger than Pac

I need to see how Pac looks at lightweight. I think it might be a bridge to far.

I really don't see how this fight makes any sense. Khan isn't really that big yet here in the states.. and he has the potential to be fairly dangerous. I'd be shocked if Arum did this.

A dont think many fans would go, he is a popular fighter in the uk has tons of casual boxing fans because they watch his fights on ITV, he also has a asian following because hes asian, but in terms of hardcore boxing fans a dont think his fanbase is that big, he hasnt fought anybody and theirs loads of questions still be anwsered about his chin etc. i honestly dont see this fight happening either.
