No I'm not "telling porkies". FFS.
Here's a small amount of proof that Warren was trying to set up a fight back in 2006. I have no idea what happened to that one, or why it wasn't made, but I understand it isn't the first time Warren has tried to make a fight.
"It would have been crazy for me to have fought him in Britain before because I was the man at the top of the pile, but now I'll take the gamble of an overseas trip." ~ Roy Jones Jr.
I could edit plenty of clips out of documentaries where Warren talked about Jones and Hopkins, but of course, you don't wanna know about those. So, all we have to go on is what's about, and I don't see Roy Jones dis*****g Warren's claims. It's up to you to provide proof that he didn't get no offers.Comment

There is absolutely nothing in that article were it stated that Roy wanted nothing to do with Joe.
2006 Roy Jones ain't a prime Roy Jones. Here's a small amount of proof that Warren was trying to set up a fight back in 2006
And what's wrong with that exactly, Roy was P4P#1 in the nineties, Joe had to be the one to compromise to make that fight happen back the i.e go to that states and take the lesser money."It would have been crazy for me to have fought him in Britain before because I was the man at the top of the pile, but now I'll take the gamble of an overseas trip." ~ Roy Jones Jr.
Frank Warren didn't want to send him into the fire, The bloke's a **** and Joe shouldve jumped ship like Ricky did.Comment

Really? Is that what you're taught? I'm not being derisive... I'm serious (I for one, would err on avoiding war as well). I just think that's interesting. Over here, we're taught the dude was a coward. I'm sure it's really somewhere in the middle (Not that he was a coward, but that he was aware of the British populace's probable reluctance to return to war so quickly).Comment
